Domestic distribution within Australia

Our domestic wholesale sales are mainly managed in house by “Crittenden Estate Pty Ltd”. We take pride in the fact that at Crittenden Estate, apart from a few regional exceptions, we manage most of our own domestic sales and distribution.

We make regular visits to our customers so we understand the ever changing needs of the market place and are quick to respond to our customer’s requirements. We believe that direct access by our trade customers to the winery is in everyone’s best interest.

The main thrust of our trade marketing is towards the “on premise” sector due to the relatively small production levels that we adhere to. We do not supply the large Groups and Chains.

In Melbourne and on the Mornington Peninsula we can give a 24 hour turn around for orders placed by 2pm. In other markets we use Australia Post e-parcel (door to door) and delivery times are determined by distance from the winery. Our quoted LUC trade prices include freight and W.E.T. but exclude G.S.T.

We offer normal 30 day trading terms to credit approved customers.
