CURRENCY

All prices on www.crittendenwines.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). GST All wine products listed for purchase on www.crittendenwines.com.au attract and include a WET (Wine Equalization Tax) of 29% and a GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10%. All non wine products attract a GST of 10%.

FRAUD

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to Australian civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Crittenden Estate does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, fraudulently obtained credit cards or without the consent of the cardholder. Any persons found to have placed a fraudulent order may be prosecuted.

PRODUCT VARIATION

Whilst we make every attempt to deliver our arrangements exactly as viewed on Crittenden Estate website, there may be occasions where certain products are not available. We will not substitute any products for the product ordered. In the event that a product is out of stock we will contact you to discuss your preferences in this matter.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the condition or quality of the products and notify Crittenden Estate within 14 days of receipt of goods, a refund for the goods returned by the purchaser will be made.

ALCOHOL

Any person ordering alcohol from Crittenden Estate must be 18yrs of age or over.
WARNING- Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6000) or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $500)
