If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. Wines purchased from Crittenden are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.
Wine Alliance memberships are ongoing until the point of cancellation by the member or Crittenden. Members may terminate their membership anytime after 12 months or a minimum purchase of two dozen wines.
Members can cancel their membership by notifying Crittenden by phone, email or by visiting the Wine Centre in person.
Members who wish to cancel their membership must do so before the the processing and dispatch of their upcoming delivery, as notified by Crittenden.
Members are liable to pay for their wine packs if already dispatched prior to the membership change or cancellation request.
No joining or annual fees apply to Wine Alliance membership.

Wine Alliance selections will be processed and shipped automatically in your nominated delivery seasons. You will receive notifications of your upcoming wine delivery via email at least seven (7) days prior to your payment being processed.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Your credit card details are stored safely and securely as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We have Gift Cards available online in the following values:
Your gift card will be emailed to you or you can pick up a hard copy gift card at the Wine Centre.
You can redeem your gift card at the Wine Centre or online. All Gift Cards will remain valid for three (3) years.
Gift Cards are not redeemable at other businesses located at the same physical address - Stillwater At Crittenden or Lakeside Villas.
No minimum purchase is required for wine to be purchased online for delivery.
You must be 18 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Crittenden, as per the Victorian Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.
Wine is a perishable commodity.
Please keep it out of the sun if you nominate that Australia Post can leave it at your address. It is also easily able to be stolen and must be secure.
If you have nominated a place for Australia Post to leave the wine (Authority to Leave - an arrangement between you and Australia Post), responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. If the wine is damaged in transit, Crittenden will cover the cost to replace the wine.
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be unable to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states. If Crittenden is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party.
Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Crittenden online.
Australia Post is Crittenden's carrier of choice for deliveries Australia wide.
Please contact us to discuss shipping wine internationally, domestic rates do not apply.
You can also elect to pick up your items directly from our Wine Centre during opening hours.
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement.
By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is damaged or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Please send an email to info@crittendenwines.com.au to arrange for the return of a flawed or damaged product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling.
If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the Wine Centre on (03) 5987 3800 for return instructions.
A 15 percent (15%) restocking fee will apply to all cancelled orders.
We recommend visitors to the Wine Centre book in advance either by phone (03) 5987 3800 or by using the online booking system provided by Obee.
If you arrive to the Wine Centre without a booking, we will do our best to accommodate you and your party however this can't be guaranteed, particularly on weekends and public holidays.
Please allow 45 minutes to one (1) hour to enjoy your wine tasting experience at Crittenden.
There is a small fee to taste. If you become a Wine Alliance member, no tasting fee will apply. Tasting flights are complimentary for existing Wine Alliance members.

The Private Tasting Room is available for up to 10 guests and your booking of this space includes a personalised and guided masterclass. This room can also be booked for corporate or team meetings or other specialised requirements. Please discuss your options with our Wine Centre team.
Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these terms and conditions of use will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.
These terms and conditions will be read subject to mandatory provisions of this legislation. If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
