This range of classic French varieties is unashamedly designed for youthful drinking and is part of the family’s quest to produce premium but affordable wines from grapes grown in several cool climate regions of Victoria.
Tasting notes: Aromas of white peach, lemon zest and hints of musk with a bright zesty acidity on the palate with a lovely texure and length of flavour
Drink with: Asparagus quiche, lemon-herbed grilled chicken, tomato and goats cheese tart, Flammekueche (Tarte Flambée), Vietnamese chicken salad
Cellaring: A wine best enjoyed now or within the next 12 – 18 months.
